1:1 Personal Training – As a Holistic Wellness Coach and Personal Trainer, I take a holistic approach to helping my clients achieve their fitness and health goals. My job is not only to challenge you and get you excited about working out, but to create fun workouts that are specifically designed to meet your individual needs. I do this by programming for your body type and desired goals in order to ensure proper progression and results. What makes my program different than others? My training design is resistance based and I recommend that you follow the custom-designed program for 4 weeks at a time, after which I believe it is most effective to change programs to prevent your body from adapting and plateauing. To achieve optimal results, the body needs to be continuously challenged in order for it to change and develop.

1:1 Holistic Nutrition Consultation – Nutrition is one of the most influential determinants of long-term health and wellness. In fact, research shows that most chronic diseases can be prevented, and in some cases reversed, with good nutrition. Meet with me for a complete individualized nutrition and lifestyle review emphasizing whole person health and the interrelated physiological, medicinal, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual roles of food in our lives, plus strategies to meet your specific nutrition goals. With my holistic whole person approach, we will review current dietary and lifestyle habits together and I will provide evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle recommendations based on your individual needs.
