About Me

Hey there,

My name is Emily and I’ve specialized in exercise and lifestyle behavior change. I believe in a holistic mind-body approach when it comes to helping others achieve their desired health and wellness goals. I’m a Certified Personal Trainer and Health & Wellness Coach. I have my Masters degree in Health and Wellness Coaching with a concentration in Holistic Nutrition (you can learn more about me below).

My mission is to help others become empowered and to learn how to live from their hearts, rather than from their heads (other than using all that sexy knowledge that’s stored up there, of course.)

I want to help you to learn how to live a life that you love. 

Whether it be through Personal Training or Wellness Coaching, my intention is to inspire and share my knowledge with you. As a Personal Trainer, I will work with you in achieving your desired fitness goals. And as a Holistic Wellness Coach, I will be a sounding board when you need it most and I will help you take charge of your own life, knowing that you are already naturally creative, resourceful and whole (ya, you’re already awesome.) For both, I will help you discover and uncover your own truth, utilizing your strengths as a person to create sustainable life changes in order to help you live the life you’ve always dreamed of. 

I mean think about it. You’re the only you in this whole world and you have the power to be the best YOU ever… how awesome is that!?

That is why I value truth, love, forgiveness, authenticity, adventure, exploring, travelling the world, maintaining my health, holistic nutrition and eating plant-based, my fluff ball of a dog Winston (who is the cutest thing ever), spending time with people that I love, being with the love of my life (who happens to be a pretty good lookin’ musician), hiking every trail and mountain I see, walking everyday, soaking up the sun, spirituality, breathing in fresh air, living in nature as much as possible, organic living, going to farmers markets, simple living, yummy green juices, hitting the gym, personal training, yoga every day, challenging myself and living each moment to the fullest.

  • Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Health and Wellness Coaching
  • ACE Certified Personal Trainer
  • Certified in Plant-Based Nutrition through eCornell and the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies
